Job summary

HireReady Partners in Sheboygan, WI seeks a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead multiple reconstruction phases. You will maintain continuous communication with clients, estimators, contractors, and staff to ensure quality, scope, and contract adherence.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, including budget, schedule, and quality control measures.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project requirements, scope, and goals.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality, and safety.
Identify and manage project risks, including changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making budget adjustments as necessary.
Ensure that all work complies with applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor project progress and, at minimum, provide and log weekly updates to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Communicate with subcontractors to ensure that all parties are informed of project status and any changes to the project plan.
Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage project close-out activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty work.
Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with accounting and administrative teams.
Work with the Estimator to ensure scope items are not overlooked.
Responsible for tracking costs and creating change orders for added work from customer needs/wants.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Role and Responsibilities

Summary: Responsible for successfully running multiple jobs through the reconstruction phase based on design and project schedules. Responsible for maintaining constant contact with customers, estimators, contractors, and administrative staff. Ensuring the work done meets the expected quality and adheres to the agreed upon contract and scope. Handles all phases of the project and adheres to the standards set by our client.

Ability to analyze construction documents and interpret blueprints.

Math Ability

Ability to process basic construction measurements and calculations. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PSA, Encircle, Luxor CRM, PDF Writer, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Outlook.

Required Education And Experience

College Degree - 2 or 4 year

2-4 years' experience in construction management or related field
