Job summary

Infinity Home Services is seeking a Project Manager to equip, motivate, and support Site Managers and the Production Team for outstanding customer service and workmanship.

You will report to the Operations Manager and analyze all aspects of production to make timely, informed decisions and goals, in a collaborative and agile environment focused on protecting communities from unscrupulous contractors.

Qualifications

• High school degree; additional training in construction skills is a plus.
• 5+ years in home building, remodeling, or renovation markets as PM or tradesperson.
• Ability to understand contracts for construction services or financing.
• Understanding of home insurance and claims processes.
• Strong 4-function math skills; proficient with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute schedules for site visits and communicate changes to homeowners.
• Meet homeowners to develop specs; confirm measurements and materials with Estimator.
• Update pre-project margins and budgets; coordinate with Estimators and Managers.
• Order materials and manage supplier communications; update DataForma as needed.
• Ensure timely project starts, site readiness, and safety, with proper attire/equipment.
• Monitor progress; communicate with customers, Site Managers, and crews; update records.
• Secure CoCs and final payments; issue final invoices and close projects.
• Close projects by submitting CoC and final payments to Billing; archive customer files.
• Analyze margins post-project and propose improvements with Production Manager.
