Warm Springs Construction Enterprise is seeking a Project Manager – Exempt to coordinate multiple civil, residential, and commercial projects from estimation through completion. You will lead project teams, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with specifications while communicating with clients and subcontractors.

Position: Project Manager – Exempt

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Office Location: WSCE Office – In the field

Salary: DOE

This position is responsible for coordinating multiple projects of various disciplines from project estimation through to project completion, which includes processing and evaluating project leads, bidding and securing new projects, closely monitor project schedule, budget and resource allocation, obtaining necessary permits, and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and WSC superintendents and management.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Lead multiple concurrent construction projects from initiation to close-out.
• Prepare, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with construction superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to specification.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop accurate cost estimates for civil, residential and commercial projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and/or
• 5+ years of construction project management in civil, residential and commercial projects
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe/Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid/Job, P6
