Placements24 is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee construction and development projects in Paarl. This on-site role requires meticulous planning, diligent execution, and effective site leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be the primary liaison with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. You will coordinate with senior management, manage multiple projects, and present status updates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management within construction and property development.
• Proven track record from conception to handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and project scheduling software.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred.

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction and development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
