The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in construction-related field and at least 7 years of progressive PM experience, with strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead diverse projects in the Welkom area. This role requires a leader capable of managing all phases of the construction process, from planning and design through to execution and close-out. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering a safe and productive site environment. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership acumen and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies within the Free State construction landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
