Job description

Path Construction is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices across the United States, including Arlington Heights, IL; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Scottsdale, AZ; and Dallas, TX. Our projects span various regions and sectors.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction, demonstrating strong technical skills, excellent communication, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage project teams to ensure project success.
  2. Oversee daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
  3. Handle contract administration, procurement, estimating, and financial processes such as pay requests, change orders, and cost control.
  4. Manage project schedules, submittals, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel occasionally (1-3 days per month)
  • Estimating experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
