Job summary

Lakepointe Church in Rockwall, TX is seeking a highly organized, execution-driven project manager to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex ministry initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Pastor of Operations and Director of Construction with project planning, management, and budgeting.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, Communications, Production, Security, and Finance to prioritize and align initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure clarity and accountability.
• Serve as the hub for operational project activity across all campuses.
• Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants as needed.
• Assist in managing project budgets, bids, and contracts.
• Communicate timelines, progress, and ministry impact to ministry leaders.

What you'll do:

• Support the Lead Pastor of Operations and Director of Construction with project planning, management, and budgeting

• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Provide exceptional customer service to staff members and church members
