Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Manager to join our PM/CM Group in Seattle, Washington. The Project Manager will organize and lead cross-functional activities to ensure successful delivery of construction projects, managing all phases from initiation through closeout with accountability for scope, schedule, budget and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, change management, and invoicing; supporting proposal development and marketing efforts; and maintaining strong on-site client

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist senior leaders in managing projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Strong understanding of project contracts, including terms, conditions, and scope of work.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with BIM, Primavera P6, Procore, or e-Builder is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, or PE are a plus, but not required.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, including extra work authorizations, change management, and invoicing.

  • Plan and execute complete project delivery, including development and maintenance of project manuals and execution plans.
  • Work with senior managers to plan staffing against project budgets and performance.
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, staffing, procurement, resources, and risk.
  • Serve as STV’s senior on-site representative, maintain client relationships, and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Support senior leadership as they pursue new work opportunities in the Seattle market.

Job description

STV is seeking a Project Manager to join our PM/CM Group in Seattle, Washington. This role manages all phases of the project lifecycle—from proposal development and project initiation through execution, control, and closeout—while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Manage project elements, including scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, staffing, discipline requirements, procurement, resources, and risk.
  • Serve as STV’s senior on-site representative, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Support senior leadership as they pursue and procure new work opportunities within the local market sector.

Additional Information This position requires a collaborative, client-focused professional who can balance technical expertise, leadership, and fiscal responsibility while delivering high-quality project outcomes for STV clients in the Seattle market.

Compensation Range: $143,435.23 - $163,925.98
