bp is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead capital equipment projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will own budgets, scope, and schedule, coordinating across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and field teams to meet customer and Conifer requirements.
The role emphasizes execution discipline, risk management, and strong stakeholder coordination, with travel about 10–20% and a hybrid work setup.

Archaea Energy, a bp company, is a leader in landfill gas to energy and the largest renewable natural gas (RNG) producer in the US. With big ambitions, we specialize in the development, construction and operation of RNG, landfill-gas-to-electric and dairy digester facilities. The team operates around 50 sites in 32 states with a robust development pipeline.
In this role, you act as a chief executive of your projects, with full accountability for the budget, scope and schedule to the customer and Conifer management. You deliver manufactured equipment projects within defined timeframes and budgets while meeting specific customer, internal, and industry requirements. You develop the project execution concept during the proposal phase and manage all aspects of the project going through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, field installation, startup, and commissioning. You manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders. You plan and direct your own and others’ workflows to make sure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, timely and that customer and company expectations are met or exceeded. You ensure compliance with Conifer’s Quality Assurance program, job requirements, and Conifer standards.
This position requires an experienced, energetic, and detail-focused individual, who wants to be part of a growing team and company. The ideal candidate will have a background in the manufacturing of capital industrial equipment and have the drive, organizational, and technical skills required to successfully manage equipment projects in a fast-paced growing environment.

$100,000 - $120,000. *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees).
