Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a driven project manager to lead commercialization efforts and own the New Product Planning lifecycle in a fast-moving CPG environment.

The role focuses on delivering on-time product outcomes, steering cross-functional teams, and managing stage-gate and IBP inputs to drive growth and simplify product portfolios.

• 2+ years Project Management experience (Product or Service Commercialization).

• Manage product lifecycles of the core business to avoid uncontrolled range proliferation and escalating business complexity
• Drive improved ways of working between business teams to deliver an efficient and effective product planning management approach
• Lead Project Management for new products ensuring delivery of agreed scope, on-time execution of all activities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Lead cross-functional divisional reviews for Profit's Center Project Portfolio, including Stage Gate submissions
• Document stage gate process to give effective input to the IBP process

Requirements

• 2+ years Project Management experience (Product or Service Commercialization)
• PMP certification preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline highly preferred
• Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry is a plus
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Excel and Intermediate PowerPoint experience required
• Experience working with a manufacturing organization a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
