Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to run day-to-day operations of large ReRoof/Service projects in Addison, TX. This on-site, permanent role offers a clear path to Senior Project Manager and exposure to commercial roofing and waterproofing projects.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in construction or PM, with strong communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's in CM/Engineering/Business is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction or project management experience.
• Commercial construction, roofing, or waterproofing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with project schedules, drawings, and basic financial information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of commercial roofing projects from start-up through closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and procurement.
• Review drawings, scopes of work, submittals, and contract requirements.
• Assist with change orders, project documentation, and financial tracking.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
• Work closely with field operations, estimating, customers, and subcontractors.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and project partners.
