Job summary

Aksarben Roofing in Plattsmouth, NE seeks a full-time Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead on-site activities, inspect roofs, and coordinate with clients.

You will review proposals, read blueprints, compute costs, and work with the estimator to ensure contractual accuracy and timely completion.

This role requires driving a company vehicle and frequent site visits; benefits include 401(k), dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction project management experience (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle.
• Willing to visit multiple job sites weekly and meet with clients.

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple job sites weekly for inspections and client meetings.
• Review proposals and contracts to accurately execute project contracts.
• Read blueprints and specifications to guide work.
• Compute cost factors for planning, scheduling, and vendor selection.
• Consult with the estimator on manufacturer requirements.
• Identify cost trends to support cost reduction and process improvements.
• Compute costs for all change orders (labor, materials, time).
• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing project data.
• Assist with material quotes and manage roofing labor contractors and superintendents.
• Drive the company vehicle as needed.

Commercial Roofing - Project Management

• Visiting multiple job sites weekly; conducting roof inspections and meet with clients to assess completion, address any concerns and many other tasks on site.
• Be able to review proposals, and contracts to accurately and make adjustments based on these documents to execute a project contract.
• must be able to read blueprints and specifications.
• Compute cost factors used for planning, organizing, scheduling work, selecting vendors and/or subcontractors, and determining cost-effectiveness.
• Consult with Estimator for every job the Project Manager will manage to have knowledge of the manufacturer, and specefic requirements for the job.
• Identify cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and processes of improvement.
• Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements for all change orders.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. The Project Manager must be able to set up a ladder and get on the roof to collect data. Must be able to bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.
• Request material quotes for all projects when necessary.
• Manage Superintendents and roofing labor contractors
• Work closely with the estimator.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000 per year with bonus potential
