Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Manager - Commercial Renovations for a leading construction client delivering interior fit-out and renovations. You will drive the successful delivery of commercial interior and renovation projects, coordinate schedules with subcontractors and clients, and work with senior leaders to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role also involves managing reporting, tracking, and day-to-day execution, while partnering with field teams to ensure project success

Qualifications

• A successful Project Manager - Commercial Renovations has 4 to 7 years of construction project experience.
• Experience with commercial interiors, renovations, banking, retail, restaurant, or healthcare projects.
• Ability to manage project responsibilities with limited supervision.
• Strong client-facing and coordination skills.
