Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Variable Markets team in the Philadelphia region. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate office, retail, hospitality, and industrial projects, serving as the primary client contact from planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management with C-level executives and project teams.
• Proficiency with project management software including MS Project, Bluebeam and MS Office; knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across corporate office interiors, base building improvements, retail fit-outs, hospitality renovations and industrial facilities.
• Lead project teams through all phases with schedules, budgets, and site visits to ensure quality and safety.
• Manage project finances including budgets, cost tracking, change orders, invoicing and reporting.
• Coordinate design development ensuring alignment with client requirements and codes; facilitate permitting processes.
• Oversee contractor selection and procurement; manage construction administration and closeout.
