Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead Life Sciences facility projects in Cary, NC. You will own project P&L, coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams, and drive planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or accounting and at least five years of industrial PM experience, with deep knowledge of Procore, Primavera, and Touch Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera software.
• Familiarity with Touch Plan or similar tasking software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and supervisors on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage project P&L for optimal results and handle project buy-out, assigning the right subcontractors.
• Oversee quality assurance and controls, and participate in weekly and monthly job site safety walks.
• Manage project files in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and provide monthly client billing.
