Job summary

Green Pro Painting, a trusted Upstate SC commercial painting contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to lead painting projects from kickoff to final walkthrough. You will coordinate schedules across multiple job sites, maintain high quality standards, and keep clients—general contractors, property managers, and owners—apprised with proactive, clear communication.

A driver’s license and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in construction or painting.
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and crews.
• Strong client-facing communication and organization.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients — GCs, property managers, and owners.
• Schedule crews and coordinate project timelines across sites.
• Visit job sites to enforce quality standards and address issues early.
• Manage crew logistics, materials, and site readiness.
• Handle change orders, punch lists, and closeout docs on time.
• Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business.
