Location - Central Ohio & Reno, NV (Now) and Other Domestic Locations (Future)

What You Will Do
What We Expect
Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED and10 years' experience in the construction industry required. Four-year degree in engineering or construction management and 7-10 years experience in the construction industry preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Shows leadership, concise execution of plans, vision of project future, and effective communication of vision to subordinates, integrity, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of all applicable Caddell processes and procedures. Strong client relations skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This position will work at a Mission Critical/Data Center project and is eligible for a market premium addition to the base salary. While the base salary range is typically between $88,500 - $132,700 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process.
