King Rose Construction is seeking a Project Manager for commercial interiors in New York City. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high‑quality interior projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

You will manage budgets, foster client relationships, and mentor project teams to drive successful project results in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial interior construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interior construction projects.
• Manage project budgets to meet financial targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular updates.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including PMs, superintendents, and subcontractors.

• Oversee select projects directly and provide leadership to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial interior construction projects.

Budget Management: Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.

Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular project updates.

Team Coordination: Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and client expectations.

Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure the timely completion of milestones.

Leadership & Oversight: Manage and mentor Project Managers while also overseeing select projects directly.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial interior construction project management.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
