King Rose Construction in New York City is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial interiors projects. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets while coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in commercial interiors PM, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven NYC track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interiors construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interiors construction projects.
• Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including Superintendents, subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
