The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and a proven NYC track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial interior construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
