• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate with engineers, architects and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel is a plus
• Experience with multiple delivery methods

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2–4 projects concurrently with values of $15M–$40M+ annually
• Manage project financials and budgets & profitability while delivering quality projects
• Lead the project team—client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors
• Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc.
• Coordinate construction activities and plan project execution
• Evaluate risk and mitigate issues throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• -Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 10+ years commercial general construction experience.


• -Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more
