Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting in Arlington, Texas seeks a Commercial Flooring Project Manager to lead projects from turnover through closeout, review plans and contracts, and coordinate crews, equipment, and suppliers on-site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction PM, 3+ years on flooring projects, and strong knowledge of TCNA standards, ANSI installation, and PM tools like Procore or Bluebeam. Strong organizational skills and client coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience.
• 3+ years managing commercial flooring projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of TCNA standards and ANSI installation requirements.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Job description

• All Candidates must be prepared to provide a detailed project list of commercial and multifamily roles over $400-500K total project billing.

Commercial Flooring Project Manager Responsibilities

Commercial Flooring Project Manager Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 plus applicable bonus.
