Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Commercial Flooring Project Manager to lead commercial flooring projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and profitability on projects typically valued at $400K–$500K total billing. This role requires strong business acumen, detailed planning, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and customer relations.

• 5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience.
• 3+ years managing commercial flooring projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Knowledge of TCNA standards and ANSI installation requirements.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.

All Candidates must be prepared to provided a detailed project list of commercial and multifamily roles over $400-500K total project billing.

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, financial performance, and successful completion of commercial projects. This individual oversees budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, billing, change orders, and customer relations. A highly organized construction professional who understands both the technical and business aspects of commercial flooring construction and can consistently deliver profitable projects while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Commercial Flooring Project Manager Responsibilities

Commercial Flooring Project Manager Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 plus applicable bonus.
