Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adapt quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities and bid processes.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost controls.
• Oversee contract administration and change orders.
• Ensure site safety and quality control.
