Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management and project financials.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials.
• Build and maintain strong client, architect, and consultant relationships.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to drive project success.
• Identify and resolve project risks while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule goals are met.
