Job summary

Powerhouse Retail Services LLC in Georgia is looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead client relationships from estimate development through project closeout.

Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, resource planning, budget projections, reporting on progress and costs, ensuring milestones are met, supervising assistants, and delivering quality work to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• Project management experience required.
• Experience in construction environment preferred.
• Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.
• Set and meet deadlines per the Scope of Work, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, accurate communication.
• Provide accurate estimates for supplies, manpower, and resources.
• Make timely budget projections within budgetary constraints.
• Create reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Communicate project goals to all personnel and document actual results.
• Track and report project milestones and tasks to management.
• Work with subcontractors and employees to ensure quality and timely work.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, ensuring timely and accurate documents and cost trackers.
• Complete invoicing accurately and on time at project completion.
• Perform other responsibilities as required by management.
