Job summary

Powerhouse Retail Services LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from estimate to closeout. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership of project teams, risk management, and accurate reporting. A background in construction and prior PM experience are preferred; candidates must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple construction projects.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ability to supervise project staff and coordinate subcontractors.
• MVR, background, and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.
• Set and meet deadlines per the Scope of Work, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, accurate communication.
• Provide accurate estimates for supplies, manpower, and resources.
• Make timely budget projections within budgetary constraints.
• Create reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Communicate project goals to all personnel and document actual results.
• Track and report project milestones and tasks to management.
• Work with subcontractors and employees to ensure quality and timely work.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, ensuring timely and accurate documents, completion photos, and cost trackers.
• Complete invoicing accurately and on time at project completion.
• Perform other responsibilities as required by management.
