Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead project meetings, monitor progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and handle change orders and RFIs while guiding both field and office teams toward successful project completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in a project management role with ability to run multiple projects.
• Proficiency with project software such as Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and update plans.
• Ability to organize resources to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.

• Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously


• Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards


• Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings


• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
