CyberCoders seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee complex SC construction projects in the Greater Greenville area. You will manage client relationships, coordinate architects and subs, and drive project success from planning through completion.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial GC PM roles, experience on $15M+ interior or ground-up builds, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office. This role offers growth in a dynamic employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience as Project Manager on commercial GC projects.
• Experience with interior & ground-up projects of $15M+.
• Knowledge of local subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders.
• Willingness to participate in Business Development.
• Experience with multiple delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $8M to $25M+ annually.
• Manage the project financials and budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project.
• Lead the project team - client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors.
• Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - managing overall project document control.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities.
• Evaluate risk.

Due to our growth in the SC Market - we are looking for a Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship.

Responsibilities

• -Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $8M to $25M+ annually
• -Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project
• -Lead the project team - client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors
• -Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - Managing overall project document control

Qualifications

• -Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 5+ recent years as project manager, with commercial general contractor construction experience.
• -Interior &/OR Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more
• -Knowledge of local Sub Contractors
• -Private client experience
• -Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts
• -Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam
• -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
