Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Cleveland, OH Area

Work Arrangement: On-site - Daily reporting to the office in Mentor, OH, through 5:00 PM

Position Overview

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Cleveland, OH area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background working for a General Contractor (GC) and at least 7 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Candidates with experience in fuel station construction are especially encouraged to apply. Experience with high-end luxury hotel construction is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate project activities with owners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved
• Manage subcontractor performance and project coordination
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders
• Track project costs, documentation, and financial performance
• Identify and resolve project issues and potential risks
