• Maintain document control for all project records and correspondence.

• Coordinate material deliveries and verify timing, quantities, and delivery methods.
• Generate, distribute, and archive meeting agendas and minutes.
• Assist with subcontractor meetings, OAC meetings, and pre-installation meetings.
• Support quality control and quality management throughout construction.
• Manage and execute punch-out and project closeout activities.

This on-site role is responsible for managing project documentation, schedules, costs, procurement, and coordination efforts while working closely with Senior Project Managers, Project Executives, and Superintendents. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Executive in all aspects of project execution

• Prepare, process, and distribute Submittals

• Assist with project cost management, including budget tracking and reporting

• Support change management processes, including documentation and tracking

• Coordinate material deliveries and verify timing, quantities, and delivery methods

• Generate, distribute, and archive meeting agendas and meeting minutes

• Assist with subcontractor meetings, OAC meetings, and pre-installation meetings

• Support quality control and quality management efforts throughout construction

• Manage and execute punch-out and project closeout activities

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management preferred

• Prior experience as a Project Engineer with on-site exposure strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred

• Strong understanding of construction processes from pre-construction through closeout

• Experience with steel, concrete, masonry, and wood-framed structures (multi-family, hospitality, student housing, senior living)

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with construction management software and tools

• Willingness to travel throughout Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Florida, typically within a 3-hour radius of Atlanta
