Job summary

Katalyst Systems Impact, a Phoenix-area commercial contractor, is seeking a Project Manager for Caulking, Waterproofing and Firestopping projects based in Phoenix. You will manage takeoffs, estimates, budgets, schedules and field coordination, working with GCs, crews and vendors to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in estimating and project management within commercial construction, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read architectural plans and specs.
• Experience with takeoffs, estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Perform accurate material takeoffs and develop cost breakdowns.
• Develop and submit bids for caulking, waterproofing, and firestopping projects.
• Manage awarded projects from start to finish, tracking budgets and schedules.
