You will supervise site staff, mentor project managers and crews, monitor safety and quality, manage client relationships, and ensure profitability while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in Firestop or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with project management software and cost estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for Firestop projects.
• Estimate project costs using internal estimating system; allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams; supervise, mentor, and support PMs, site supervisors, and crews.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to maintain productivity.
• Track and report field productivity; foster safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate project requirements.
• Ensure all Firestop work complies with industry standards, Building Code requirements, and project specs.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Manage project budgets, reviewing costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.
• Prepare and present monthly bills and financial reports.
• Anticipate potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines. Supervise, mentor, and support project managers, site supervisors, and installation crews.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of productivity.
• Track and report field productivity to corporate leadership. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
