Your organized, hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations.This position is located onsite in Springfield, VA and requires a TS/SCI POLY.**Responsibilities:**As an Integrator on our team you will:* Manage the development and integration of individual projects within our large-scale program.* Keep your projects on course as you track progress, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer.* You are organized; hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations.* Be responsible for support of program business and functional operations* Duties may also include facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between the customer and ecosystem providers* Manage project schedules and project integrators on site processes**Qualifications:** *Required:** University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experience* TS/SCI with Active poly (Background Investigation and Poly conducted in the last 4yrs)* 5+ years of project management, including project initiation, stakeholder communication plans, project tailoring and project close out* 5+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs* 5+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking* 5+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs* Ability to manage project schedules and project integrators on site processes* Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams* Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards* Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings* Experience with working in team environments* Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Experience with using SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills*Desired:** Ability to prepare and conduct briefings to diverse audiences* Ability to create project documentation-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
