Job Description

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for implementing Mobile Video solutions, acting as the leader and primary contact for all aspects of assigned projects. The PM ensures delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include utilizing project management tools to analyze issues and develop resolutions, allocating resources, and communicating with customer and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The PM also oversees the overall pre-tax profit of all projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate project team activities.
  • Demonstrate awareness of project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or applicable) and contribute to project planning.
  • Fulfill project and organizational objectives.
  • Prepare status reports for upper management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • PMP certification highly desired.
  • Knowledge of mobile video technology, wireless/LTE infrastructure, evidence management software, and workflows is a plus.
  • Self-motivated team player capable of working effectively with minimal guidance.

This position is remote but requires travel (50-75%). Candidates should be located in the US Northeast Region or adjacent states (PA, MD, NY, VT, VA, CT, MI, IL).

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a stringent background check per CJIS Security Policy.
  • Target Salary Range: $72,700 - $145,400 USD.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years experience in project coordination or management.
  • Ability to obtain necessary background clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
