We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Land Development Group (Civil Site Design) in our Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil site design and be proficient in using design software to create and modify plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a talented team of civil engineers and designers, fostering creativity and excellence.
  2. Oversee civil site design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Build strong partnerships with clients by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and delivering exceptional results.
  4. Explore sustainable practices and creative solutions to enhance our projects.
  5. Collaborate with private real estate land development and redevelopment clients to create integrated designs that harmonize with the environment.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  2. Minimum of 9 years of related site/civil engineering experience, focusing on land development for projects of varying sizes.
  3. Professional Engineering license in North Carolina.
  4. Ability to attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings.
  5. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
