Meridian Associates, Inc. is a regionally recognized civil engineering and land surveying practice specializing in land development, site and infrastructure design, renewable energy development, and 3D laser scanning surface technology. Meridian has an exceptional reputation for thoroughness and integrity in its technical delivery and site design process that achieves a balance between development goals and permutable solutions. We are seeking an experience Senior Project Manager to oversee projects and support the development of the civil service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead multiple civil/site development projects with the assistance of support staff.
• Specialize in site development and stormwater management to ensure projects meet regulatory and sustainability standards.
• Manage all aspects of the permitting process for diverse projects.
• Utilize public sector work experience in bidding and procurement to secure project contracts.
• Drive business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities in the market.
• Maintain tight control over project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in project management within civil engineering, particularly in site development.
• MA PE License required (or eligibility for reciprocity if licensed out of state).
• Soil Evaluator License is preferred, or a willingness to pursue one.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide project teams effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and team collaboration.
• Proven track record in public sector project bidding, procurement, and business development.
