Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for civil GC projects in San Diego, CA. The role oversees projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The PM will coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, and clients, manage change orders, and ensure quality and compliance with contracts. This on-site permanent position offers growth and responsibility in a growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction, heavy civil, underground utilities, or infrastructure.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost controls, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining schedule and profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with municipal infrastructure, water, sewer, storm drain, grading, or underground utility projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
