Qualifications

• Must have a PE license in Michigan and/or Ohio.
• 8+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience managing land development and site design projects for higher education and commercial clients.
• Ability to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site designs for site development projects and clients.
• Manage projects and project teams from due diligence to final design and construction.
• Control scope, schedule, and budget to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate workload and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Engage with senior management on project management and staffing.
• Participate in strategic planning and winning client engagements.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical staff to win consulting work.
