Responsible for full project lifecycle ownership , from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards . This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on financial performance, coordination, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Ownership Manage projects from start to closeout Align~ Scope Schedule Budget Drive decisions to keep projects progressing Financial Management
• Manage Budgets Forecasts Cost tracking Monitor job costs and margins Manage~ Change orders Billing Cost recovery Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting Planning & Scheduling Develop project schedules
• Lead~ 2-week and 6-week planning
• Coordinate~ Labor Equipment Materials Subcontractors Resolve schedule constraints Client & Stakeholder Management Act as primary point of contact Lead meetings and communications Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Contract & Documentation Management
• Manage~ Contracts Subcontracts Review plans and specifications

Qualifications
