Job summary

Forge Strategies, a Milwaukee-based civil engineering and construction firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple civil design and construction projects from planning through completion.

You will oversee Wisconsin DOT and public-private projects, coordinate schedules and budgets, work with design and construction teams, and interact with the CEO and other executives while advancing client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience overseeing multiple civil projects.
• Background in civil engineering/design and construction projects.
• Experience with transportation, DOT, municipal or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient with Civil 3D.
• Experience with HydroCAD.
• Mosaic experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Salary: Up to $125K Base + 10-20% Performance Bonus

We are partnering with a growing civil engineering and construction firm in the Milwaukee area to hire an experienced Project Manager. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects while also working closely with executive leadership and contributing to client relationships and business development.

What You'll Do:

• Manage multiple civil design and construction projects from planning through completion
• Oversee a mix of Wisconsin DOT, state/public-sector, and private projects
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, deliverables, consultants, and project teams
• Work across both the design and construction sides of projects
• Interface directly with the CEO and other C-suite leadership
• Participate in client meetings, relationship management, and business development efforts
• Coordinate with agencies, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Conduct occasional project site visits throughout the region

What They're Looking For:
