Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is assisting a well-established yet growing heavy civil contractor in Wisconsin to hire a Project Executive who will solidify leadership and drive strategic project outcomes. This is an ideal step for a Senior Project Manager seeking greater responsibility and impact.

The selected candidate will oversee P&L, staffing, budgeting, and operational excellence for a team of ~30 and more than $20M in active work, with underground utilities experience required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of heavy civil contractor experience.
• Oversee P&L, staffing, budgeting for a team of ~30 employees and ~$20M+ in work.
• Underground utilities experience in both public and private sectors is required.
• Must reside in the Milwaukee area and travel to local projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project portfolio performance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead and develop project teams, manage staffing and escalation paths.
• Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction across multiple projects.

• Construction related degree required

• Ability to live in the Milwaukee area and travel to local projects when needed
