Capital Paving and Construction, a leader in heavy civil construction specializing in highways, bridges, site development, and infrastructure projects, is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee key infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field staff, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, permitting requirements, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders for smooth project execution and communication.
• Prepare and present project reports, cost estimates, and financial analyses to senior management.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor necessary for project completion.
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and project close-out procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management.
