Catapult Solutions Group is seeking a fully remote Civil Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from planning through design and delivery. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing, and serve as the primary client contact for updates and feedback.

The role requires coordinating engineers, designers, consultants, and public agencies, ensuring code compliance and client satisfaction while supporting proposals, fee estimates, and business development.

Our client is a civil engineering firm that delivers projects from early planning through design and final delivery. Their teams work closely with clients, municipalities, utilities, and regulatory agencies to bring civil projects to completion on schedule and within budget.

Job Description

As a fully remote Civil Project Manager, you will lead civil engineering projects from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing. You will also be the main point of contact for clients, keep them updated, and respond to their needs as projects move forward.

You will work virtually with engineers, designers, outside consultants, and public agencies to keep work moving and to make sure deliverables meet code and client requirements. Your work directly affects project quality, client satisfaction, and the firm’s ability to win new work, since you will also support proposals, fee estimates, and business development.

The ideal candidate combines strong civil engineering knowledge with real project management experience. They communicate clearly in a remote setting, enjoy building client relationships, mentor team members, and solve problems before those problems affect cost or delivery.

Nice-to-Haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferably in Texas.
• Experience working with Texas municipalities and reviewing agencies.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering design tools.
• Experience developing proposals and supporting business development.
• Previous experience in a remote or distributed engineering team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Pay & Benefits Summary

• Salary range: $100,000 to $135,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Fully remote work.
