Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects through planning, scope validation, procurement support, construction monitoring, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate the validation of project scopes, quantities, and associated documentation.
  • Support the development, review, and delivery of bid and procurement packages.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, issues, and key milestones.
  • Collaborate with engineering, estimating, procurement, compliance, finance, and administrative teams.
  • Identify and document changes, discrepancies, omissions, and risks affecting project delivery.
  • Coordinate activities with owners, consultants, contractors, designers, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Maintain project dashboards, status reports, meeting minutes, action logs, and project documentation.
  • Support program-level planning, reporting, risk management, and executive decision-making efforts.
  • Monitor construction-phase activities from a project management perspective.
  • Support project closeout activities and ensure required documentation is complete and properly maintained.

Project Manager | Capital Projects & Infrastructure Programs (Future Opportunity)
Help drive the successful delivery of complex infrastructure, housing, construction, and disaster recovery projects.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our talent pipeline for anticipated project management opportunities supporting public-sector capital improvement, infrastructure modernization, housing, and recovery initiatives. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of projects from planning through closeout.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, compliant with requirements, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience or closely related experience.
  • Experience supporting procurement activities and bid processes.
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, project documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting public infrastructure, capital improvement, housing, or construction projects.
  • Experience with disaster recovery programs.
  • Knowledge of federally funded projects and grant requirements.
  • Familiarity with FEMA, HUD, CDBG-DR, or similar programs.
  • PMP, CAPM, CCM, or related project management certifications are a plus.
