Job summary

Red Tree Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure project in Kansas. You will serve as the owner’s trusted representative and drive project success from planning through construction.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, risk management, quality, and commissioning readiness while coordinating with contractors, consultants, utility providers, and permitting authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and safe,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative / Project Manager / Construction Manager.
• Experience with site development, mass grading, utility infra, campus-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Track critical milestones, long-lead equipment, project risks, and key decisions.
• Represent the owner’s interests throughout planning, preconstruction, and construction activities.

You will…

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and reporting.

• Monitor project quality, constructability, and commissioning readiness.

• Track critical milestones, long-lead equipment, project risks, and key decisions.

• Represent the owner’s interests throughout planning, preconstruction, and construction activities.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility providers, and permitting authorities.

• Support permitting efforts and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

• Support safety initiatives and drive alignment across all project teams.

• Identify and resolve issues that could impact project delivery.

If you…

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

• Have 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, serving as an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or client-side delivery lead.

• Have experience with site development, mass grading, utility infrastructure, and campus-scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of: Project controls, Schedule management, Cost management, Change management, procurement coordination, executive reporting.

• PMP, CCM, PE, OSHA, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus.

• Experience working with permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and consultants.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
