Job summary

Entech in Malvern, PA seeks a Project Manager to lead business transformation initiatives from discovery to execution. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications, applying PMBOK-aligned practices and hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches to fit each project.

This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, guiding vendors, and driving measurable value for clients while maintaining a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business transformation projects.
• PMBOK or PRINCE2 knowledge; PMP/PgMP preferred.
• Change management experience to drive adoption.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Trello and Confluence.

Duties

• End-to-end project management lifecycle for business transformation initiatives, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Develop comprehensive program plans by conducting requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process modeling to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and ensure clear communication throughout project phases.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe methodologies to adapt project approaches based on scope and organizational needs while ensuring adherence to PMBOK standards.
• Manage project risks through proactive risk management strategies, including risk assessments and mitigation plans; monitor project progress with earned value management techniques.
• Supervise project teams by providing leadership in team management, conflict resolution, and performance coaching; oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within a business transformation context, demonstrating successful program development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI's PMBOK or PRINCE2; certification in PMP or PgMP preferred.
• Good Experience in change management practices to facilitate organizational adoption of new processes or systems.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence or equivalent tools like Primavera P6 or Workday.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams with supervising experience in fast-paced environments; excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good negotiation skills paired with conflict management capabilities to navigate stakeholder expectations effectively.
