• Lead organizational process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, digital enablement, and operational optimization.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00/hr

Duration: 3-Month Initial Contract

The Project Manager is responsible for leading a complex business and technology transformation initiative focused on improving operational efficiency, automation, process modernization, and AI-enabled business capabilities. This role serves as a primary liaison between business operations, technology teams, analytics organizations, and executive leadership to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.

The Project Manager will oversee project planning, governance, budget management, stakeholder engagement, solution readiness, and business adoption efforts involving process transformation, systems modernization, automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Governance

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
