The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the P2P Workstream, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery. This role drives visibility, tracks deliverables, escalates risks, and facilitates governance-aligned execution.

Based in Springfield, VA or Port Huron, MI with four onsite days per week, the position requires U.S. citizenship or green card status.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of PM and/or BA experience.
• Experience with enterprise programs or large-scale implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Project Manager / Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Business Analyst to support Project Fusion within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business Workstream. This role serves as an execution and coordination partner to the P2P Lead, ensuring project activities remain visible, tracked, and completed according to established schedules and governance standards.

The successful candidate will facilitate collaboration across business stakeholders, project teams, and system integrators while driving accountability, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring timely delivery of project commitments. This position does not own functional decisions but plays a critical role in organizing work, tracking deliverables, escalating risks, and supporting overall project execution.

This role is located in Springfield, VA or Port Huron, MI, with onsite expectation of 4 days per week. Per contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise programs or large-scale implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment..

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Accounts Payable, Inventory, or Finance processes.
• Experience working with ERP implementations and system integrators.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.

Compensation

• The compensation for this role as a consultant starts at $75/hour, based on experience and qualifications. This rate is subject to change.
