Description

A Business team responsible for customer operations support/ under the leadership of Customer Operations VP, is seeking to add a PM to their team. They need this PM to create a project plan, create a foundation, and structure for what needs to be accomplished. The PM will manage the project, and all the variables tied. They will be using Monday.com to pull together all necessary details. This project has many initiatives tied to it, not just a single outcome. There will be partnership across multiple business teams, in which other business teams will own pieces of the project as well. This is a currently unstructured process, that needs structure and organization. Seeking someone who can help to pull together multiple aspects. The goal of the project is to identify a collections process to bill and follow up on unpaid invoices, associated to partners in the field

A Project Manager with over 10-15 years experiences in leading and managing complex projects. In this sr role, the PM will provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, overseeing the efficient allocation of resources. Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges. Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals. Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies. Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.

Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and lead multidisciplinary project teams. Strong experience in managing projects that impact organizational strategies. Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) is required. Advanced certifications and specializations are highly preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
